Complete Renovation - Oval, SW9
This is one of our most recent projects, a typical full renovation of a one-bedroom flat close to Oval station. A structural wall was removed to create open-plan kitchen/living room area, including installation of steel support and reconfiguration of the adjacent structure. The property was fully re-wired and re-plumbed following our advised services and points location plans. New kitchen and bathroom fitted, wallpapering in bedroom, traditional cast iron radiators and some feature vertical ones installed. We also restored the existing fireplace and fitten new floors, doors, architraves etc. Original cornices in living room were retained and custom-made pieces added by our workers to fill the gaps where parts of the wall were demolished during construction. The team was also partially involved in the furnishing and adding of final touches, such as shelves, mirrors, pictures and accessories and we decorated throughout.
