We selected Radilina Shanova of Full Circle Renovation for our full interior refurbishment of a large Grade II listed apartment in central London. The quotation was detailed and quickly done, and the pricing was competitive in the middle of the range of builders we approached. What impressed us was Radilina’s enthusiasm and interest in the project, and good communication skills.
We used Full Circle as the main contractor for our project which took 6 months. Radilina proved to be an energetic and communicative project leader, open to discuss progress and ideas, with a real sense of ownership of the result. Despite the current tight building market, her chosen sub-contractors (mainly electric, plumbing, plastering) were also very good. The project took some juggling as the building being listed had a lot of lease rules to follow, and access to the 4th floor via a small lift was an additional challenge. Flexibility was required with the timings of the other project subcontractors.
Radilina and Anton at Full Circle coped very well with the challenges of this complex project, and we would thoroughly recommend them for other similar jobs.

Two Bedroom Flat Renovation - Pimlico SW1P
Completed in early 2013, this is a two bedroom full flat renovation near Pimlico. The job included the installation of all new electrics, plumbing and heating, demolition and structural works, building new walls, installation of two bathrooms and a kitchen, as well as thorough redecoration, new floors and joinery. The flat is within a mansion block and is located on a main road. The purpose of the project was to help increase the market value of the property in the most efficient and reasonable way, hastle-free. The property was sold to a profit shortly after completion of renovation works.

Complete House Renovation - Woolwich, SE18
I had my house refurbished from top to bottom. This included new bathrooms, new kitchen, re plastering of whole house, new electrics, painting of entire interior, including skirting boards, coving,dado rails and picture rails. Work included fitting en-suite to main bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. Considering the amount of work done, it took Stoyan and his team about 7 weeks to complete the job. They dealt with my queries along the way and there were always on the end of the phone. Even though they are a Bulgarian firm the language barrier did not cause as an issue as Radilina was always to hand. I will use the company for future work again.

Office Conversion to Two-Bedroom Flat – Tower Bridge, E1W
"The job was to convert this 100m2 office space to a luxury two bedroom and two bathroom flat, with an open-plan kitchen and living area. Gas central heating, plumbing and electrical connections and fittings were all new to allow for the new use of the property. The finish was with wooden floors, designer vertical radiators and hand-constructed storage cupboards, including in non-standard shaped alcoves. The property also features exposed brickwork which reflects the heritage of the building. The flat has been rented within days after renovation works were completed.

Excellent attention to detail.
One of the things I liked most about this company was that nothing seemed too much trouble. This job was very difficult for the builders themselves as I was away working during the time they were in my home. Having to rely on my drawings of what I wanted my bathroom to look like left most of the decisions of how they were going to do it up to them. As you can see from the photo’s of my bathroom I got just exactly what I had seen in my mind. To say that I am pleased is an understatement, I am absolutely delighted with the results.

Radilina and the Full Circle team (especially Anton) were great throughout the project - would use again and recommend. I was a little sceptical given they had only just joined MyBuilder, but after speaking to Radilina, contacting references and seeing their work, I was happy to proceed. I was going to be abroad for 90% of the time, so it was critical somebody I could trust was left in charge.
Radilina was very professional, always responsive and proactively contacted my throughout to keep me abreast of any developments. From working with Full Circle, it is clear that the finished product is important to them and they are passionate - rather than cut corners to speed things up, they finished to a great standard.
Radilina made it very clear upfront what was and was not included in their quote, and the fact they were the only tradesperson who offered reasonable payment terms (i.e. not 50% upfront) made me confident they could manage their cashflow and weren't trying to screw me over. The quote was neither the cheapest nor most expensive, but it felt most realistic.
There were a couple of small problems (as with all projects) - the removal of an unusual structural wall caused a few days of delays (not their fault), and it wasn't always clear what the exact additional costs would be (more due to my inexperience and poor budgeting than anything) - but am delighted with the final product and happy to provide references/visits for prospective clients.

Single Storey Rear Extension and Refurbishment – Islington, N1
Work included the demolition of an existing rear extension and building of a new one with 4 large skylight windows, new solid wood flooring and the installation of a fitted kitchen. The whole ground floor of the house was completely renovated with new plastering, decorating and flooring throughout. Additional plumbing and electrical connections were also made and custom-built storage fitted. The purpose of general modernization of the property was successfully met, raising the market value of the house substantially. It was consequently sold within a month from completion to a profit of more than %20 of its previous value.
